Ready-to-ship pieces leave the workshop within 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted over 10–15 business days before they ship. Every parcel travels fully insured and needs a signature on delivery, and your tracking details arrive the moment the box leaves us. Read the shipping policy.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with all their original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned — though if something is wrong, tell us and we will always try to put it right. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7 business days of the return arriving. Read the return policy.

Ring sizes are listed in US measurements; if you fall between two, go up, as wider bands sit more snugly. Necklace lengths are measured end to end including the clasp, and we will shorten or extend a chain at no extra cost. Ask and we will post you a complimentary ring sizer. Open the sizes guide.

Yes — choose Custom design in the form above and tell us about the stone, the metal and the moment. We sketch and quote first, and nothing is cut until you have signed off. From that point a bespoke piece takes 10–15 business days to craft. Do keep in mind that custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned.

Store each piece separately in the pouch it arrived in, and take it off before swimming, exercising or applying lotions and perfume. Clean it with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Professional cleaning and re-polishing stay complimentary for the lifetime of your piece. Every stone we set is lab grown, ethically sourced and IGI certified, and the certificate travels with the piece. Because each setting is finished by hand, small variations between pieces are expected — that is the mark of the craft, not a fault.
