How long a piece takes to make, what delivery costs, and who carries the risk while it is in transit.

01Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of destinations our carriers or insurers will not cover. If we cannot reach you, we will say so before taking payment rather than after.
02How long it takes to make
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave the workshop within 2 business days of your order being confirmed.
- Made-to-order pieces are crafted over 10–15 business days, then ship.
- Bespoke commissions are quoted individually, and the timeline is agreed with you in writing before any metal is cut.
- Engraving adds 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, in line with our studio hours — Mon-Sat | 9am-5pm. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday begin processing the next working day.
03Delivery options and cost
- Insured standard — free, 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited — $35, 3–4 business days, with priority handling in the workshop.
- Next-day courier — $75, 1–2 business days, dispatched the same day on orders placed before 1pm.
Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Add the making time above to know when a piece will actually arrive.
04Tracking and signature
Every parcel travels fully insured and requires a signature. Tracking reaches you by email the moment the label is created, and the courier will call ahead where the service supports it.
We cannot authorise a parcel to be left unattended, and we cannot mark a delivery as safe to leave. It is jewellery; someone has to sign.
05Insurance while in transit
Risk stays with us until the parcel is signed for. If a shipment is lost in transit, we replace or refund it — you are not asked to chase the carrier.
Once a parcel has been signed for at the address you gave us, responsibility passes to you.
06Damage on arrival
Open the parcel where you can photograph it. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with pictures of the outer packaging as well as the piece, so that the carrier claim holds.
07Duties and taxes
Prices on the site are in USD and exclude any import duty, VAT or local tax. On international orders these are charged by your country on arrival and are payable by the recipient. The courier usually collects them before releasing the parcel.
Refusing to pay duty is treated as a change-of-mind return: the piece comes back to us, and the refund is reduced by the outbound and return carriage we are charged.
08Addresses and failed deliveries
Check the delivery address before you confirm the order — we can change it only while the parcel is still with us. After two failed delivery attempts a parcel returns to the workshop, and we will contact you to arrange a resend at cost.
09Delays
Customs, weather and courier backlogs are outside our control, and the timings above are estimates rather than guarantees. What we will do is tell you as soon as we know, rather than leaving you to discover it from a tracking page.
Something here unclear?
Ask us before you order rather than after — it is a short conversation and it saves a return.
