The agreement between you and the studio: pricing, orders, delivery, aftercare and the limits of our liability.

01Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Bless Jewel Studio, registered at [Registered address]. These terms form the agreement between you and that business for anything bought through this site.
02Accepting these terms
By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Return Policy, which form part of them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
03Our pieces and their photography
Every piece is finished by hand. Small variations in polish, setting and stone placement are a property of that process rather than a defect, and no two pieces are perfectly identical.
Photography is shot to represent the piece as faithfully as we can, but screens differ and metals photograph differently under different light. Measurements listed on a product page are the authority on size, not the image.
04Stones and certification
Every centre stone we set is lab grown and IGI certified, and the certificate travels with the piece. Carat weights, colour and clarity grades on a product page are taken from that certificate.
Total carat weight is an approximation to the nearest stated decimal and may vary slightly between pieces of the same design.
05Prices
Prices are shown in USD and exclude import duty and local taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we will contact you before making it, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
06Orders and when the contract forms
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send a confirmation email, not when payment is authorised.
We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, where we cannot ship to the address, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we have reason to suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund in full.
07Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout, through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Bespoke commissions may be split into a deposit and a balance, agreed with you in writing before work begins.
08Delivery and returns
Making and delivery times, carriage charges, insurance and duties are set out in the Shipping Policy. Your right to change your mind, what we cannot take back and how refunds are paid are set out in the Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
09Aftercare we provide
- Professional cleaning, free for the life of the piece.
- A yearly setting and prong check, free.
- The first resize free within 60 days of delivery; quoted before we start after that.
- Rhodium re-plating on white gold, free for two years, then at cost.
Aftercare covers pieces we made. Work carried out by another jeweller ends it, because we can no longer vouch for the setting.
10Manufacturing warranty
We warrant our workmanship for the life of the piece. A fault in how a piece was made is repaired, remade or refunded at our choice, and we cover carriage both ways.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, a stone knocked out by impact, or damage from chemicals, chlorine or an ultrasonic cleaner — see the Jewellery Care guide for what actually causes these.
11Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
12Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend access where that happens.
13Intellectual property
The designs, photography, text and code on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a piece transfers the piece, not the design.
14Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
15Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier failure, customs, natural events or interruption of supply. Where such an event affects your order we will tell you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, dated at the top of this page. This version: 12 September 2026.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country], and the courts of [State / country] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Something here unclear?
Ask us before you order rather than after — it is a short conversation and it saves a return.
